The garden and grounds

18 - Wild area 2

The Victorian garden is laid out in three parts, a lawn and flower beds in front of the house, an orchard area, and a Kitchen garden.  The previous owner has included two large ponds, one with a seating area (above) and woodland walks.

The farm is 150 acres mostly running Welsh hill ewes, with some arable and cattle grazing. The highest point on the land is 1600 ft from where you can see the Brecon Beacons, Radnor hills and many more. The farm has many walks up to the common where you will find old drovers routes to Llanbadarn Fyfyndd, Felindre and Knucklas over the tops of the hills.
