The winter having come and gone and come back again, we hope for not too
long. We will not be taking any guests until July at the earliest. We are
having our heating system re-vamped, which means a major upheaval. Sorry
to disappoint any potential visitors. As soon as we see work nearing completion
we will make an announcement.

So, how do you pronounce the name and what does it mean?
Cwm (the 'w' as the 'u' in put) - llech (similar to 'loch') -
wedd (the 'dd' is soft). Fawr (rather
like 'vow-er' as the Welsh 'f' is a 'v'.) ...and it means something
along the lines of 'the great quarry valley'...
